I would give 0 stars if possible! This was a horrible experience entirely! The older lady at the reception is so rude and has no customer service skills. Dr. Randall did not even treat my dog for what I took her for then told me to read the package for instructions on proper feeding. Then, when checking my itemized statement, they charged me for a test that wasn't even performed, and it is a fight to get it refunded. Unless you like wasting your money, I advise you to go somewhere else.
