Our house had a leak and we had to replace all the hardwood floor on our first floor. When I called the owner he made it a priority to come over to my house the same day to review the damage. Upon review, Dave told me what I needed to do with regards to next steps and what to expect going forward with my insurance claim. Dave was available may times throughout this 60 project to answer any additional questions. Dave was able to help me understand the process my mortgage companies needed to go through during my claim and he helped me prepare for what to expect and the information I needed in order to move through the process. Dave was upfront and honest during the whole installation and more importantly his workers were on time, professionally dressed and wore "booties" on their feet when they entered my house.
