My family have been patients here for urgent care and regular doctor visits since they opened. We have had no problems until recently. In the last year I noticed the physician is never there. Which is a problem with receiving prescription refills or getting a twice annual visit. I'm enititled to a free annual visit, however both visits are billed as regular visits for which I have to pay. One of the visits should be free, my insurance would pay for both regardless. Also when I call for prescription refills, I am ignored for days. I usually have to call many times for a refill. The "on-call" physician won't always give me a refills, there is always some lame excuse. If the doctor is going to be away, she should authorize enough refills for her patients until she gets back. But this never happens. What is the sense of having a family practice if the physician is always on vacation or not in the office?
