I really don't understand how a company can monopolize a complex. and because they are the only provider treat the customer with an attitude of disdain. The customer service you get comes across as take it or leave it. My experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. I would like to say this is a company that provides quality service, however this isn't the case. Professionalism along with quality service would be great.

If there was a 0 Starts I would give that rate, since one is min I am giving them one start for the service!!!!! PLEASE IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS DO NOT Sign with this provider. Oh yes I forgot to mention, out of the blue they raise my bill from 135$ ( which was a lot to begin with to 192$ just because ) .. Since they are only provider in my neighborhood I'll sign up for satellite internet, I am sure I'll have better service!!!!!!!
