We have tried three different mattress companies and two furniture stores when buying mattresses over the past four years. Both furniture stores were good (Marinos was outstanding, actually) and two of the mattress companies were aweful. We purchased a foam mattress for my mother-in-law and an adjustable bed frame (she is 86 years old and needed comfort/support and head/knee adjustment). Mattress express was wonderful to work with and the delivery/setup went flawlessly. So here we are three years later and giving them more business. We had Ben shopping for a heavy duty metal bed and a mid-level inner spring Mattress. They showed us what they had and what our options would be. They were very helping and forth coming on how the warranties work and how long it might take to get the items in. Our experience says this may be the only mattress company to do business with.
