Mr. Quarterley it's the sort of man you don't find much and racing anymore somebody who basically has the skill set to do everything. He is both an innovator and the leader and willing to take on most One of a Kind tasks. I'm not really sure how I would best describe his area of expertise probably did Acacia and quality come top of the list I would invite anyone to approach him with a project and see what he thinks about it I cannot promise you'll take every project on but he'll give you an honest opinion.
