Spent $70,000 on a Suburban. First, they gave me a 30 day temporary tag and then took over 30 days to get the MCO to me. As a result, I couldn't drive the car for almost a week. They forgot to put the headphones and remotes in the car. After 3 separate phone calls (the first one was the day after I bought the car) where they promised to send them to me, here I am almost 2 months later waiting for them. Not sure if they are liars or incompetent but I would never do business with them again. Tried to talk to the General Mgr but they fobbed me off on a Sales guy that made empty promises. I am going to Chevrolet next and then small claims if necessary.
