Aug, 07 2019Deidre Upright1Absolutely agree with Sarah’s review!! I have been going to Willie and his wife Lynda for YEARS!!! I’m 34 and I’m talking at least 10 years. This year I will not be going to Duncan. His daughter Gina has absolutely no customer service! She is very rude! I have tried to get a sit down appointment with his wife but nope, they simply want me to just drop my taxes off at the office and then they will do them whenever they please. His son in law just called me a few minutes ago to cancel my appointment that I FINALLY got after all but insisting I was coming in for a sit down appointment, But of course, I can drop my taxes off and they will do them. That’s exactly what he told me!!! If I could give W F Duncan zero stars I would!!!
