We decided to get a massage today so when calling to get an appointment the guy knows that we have a gift certificate that has $49.95 & he ask what type of massage so we did a deep tissue & couples massage. When I get there he decides to tell us that he is going to charge us $5 extra for being in the SAME room so we decided we'll be in separate rooms. After we get our massage we come out and he decides to tell us that it's extra for deep tissue. The problem I have is that not one time did he mention all the extra charges till we get there and get the services. His reason for not telling us is because the phone is constantly ringing (which it wasn't) and he doesn't have time. He says it's the customer that needs to ask how much. So before you go here make sure you ask how much for using their toilet, how much is the cup of water and also how much for the oil/lotion they use on you. Seems like for every little thing he wanted to nickle and dime us. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. The masseuse was awesome the customer service was horrible! To top it all off, Tuesday is 10% off. He says it doesn't apply because we have a gift card and we got a discount already. Tell me what discount when the card has $49.95? All about making money not about customer loyalty. ZEN MASSAGE MOORESVILLE IS THE WORST PLACE, THAT'S ALL THEY WILL GET FROM ME!
